Refund policy

Return Policy

  • All sales on food items are final.  Due to the sensitivity of freeze-dried and dehydrated products, we are unable to accept returns on any food items.  Please double-check all orders before submitting to ensure you receive the correct items and amounts needed.   Once an order has left our facility, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.  This includes subscription orders. If you are unfamiliar with an item, please start with a small size and quantity to make sure it meets your needs.  
  • If you wish to return a merchandise item, you can do so within 30 days of receipt.  Items must be in their original packaging and condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost.  Once we receive your item, you will be refunded within 5-7 business days. We are unable to accept any returns after 30 days.   
  • Subscriptions: If you wish to cancel or change your subscription you can do so at any time, but this must be done before any upcoming shipments. Any changes made will only reflect future shipments. Once an order has left our facility, we are unable to cancel or make changes.     

In-house Processing Time

  • Normal in-house processing time is approximately 1-4 business days. Occasionally, we do get backed up or certain products can take a little longer. During our busy season, this could be up to 5-7 business days.  In-house processing time does not include time in transit (UPS and USPS). Please plan accordingly for order arrival. 

Shipping Information 

  • We offer free shipping for orders totaling $50 or more within the continental US via USPS and UPS Ground. Shipping fees will apply for orders destined for Hawaii, Alaska and international locations. Orders shipping to PO, APO or FPO boxes and orders shipping to addresses not serviced by UPS will be shipped via USPS. You will receive tracking numbers via email upon shipment.   

Damages

  • If a package is damaged in shipment, please take photos as soon as it arrives and share these with Karen’s Naturals within 48 hours of receipt.  These photos will be used to file a claim with UPS or USPS, and we will replace any product that is deemed to be damaged beyond use.

Defective Product

  • If you receive a product that does not meet our high-quality standards, or there is something wrong with the product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.   We will do our best to form a solution for you as quickly as possible.   
  • Customers must receive prior authorization from Karen’s Naturals in the event of a return.  Upon return, the product will be inspected by our QA department to determine if a refund/replacement is in order.

Incorrect Product Sent

  • If you receive an incorrect product due to our error, please contact us within 5 days of receipt.  We will provide you with a return shipping label to send it back.  Once it is in transit, we will ship the correct product as a replacement.
