- 2 ounces Karen's Naturals Just Blueberries

- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt

- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

- 1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional, for topping)

1. Line a baking sheet or large plate with parchment paper.

2. In a bowl, crush the Just Blueberries into small pieces using your hands or a rolling pin.

3. In another bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and honey or maple syrup (if using) until well mixed.

4. Add the crushed freeze-dried blueberries to the yogurt mixture and stir until evenly distributed.

5. Pour the blueberry yogurt mixture onto the lined baking sheet or plate.

6. Using a spatula, spread the mixture evenly, about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.

7. Sprinkle shredded coconut on top of the yogurt bark, if desired, pressing lightly so it adheres.

8. Place the baking sheet or plate in the freezer for at least 2-3 hours, or until the yogurt bark is completely frozen.

9. Once frozen, remove the yogurt bark from the freezer and break it into bite-sized pieces.

10. Serve immediately or transfer the pieces to an airtight container and store in the freezer until ready to enjoy.
