Just Berries Baked Oatmeal

Serving: 9 slices

Cook time: 45 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 2 cups oats
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 cup milk of choice
- ½ tsp salt
- 1t sp baking soda
Toppings:
- Just Strawberries
- Just Blueberries
- shredded coconut
- chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F. Grease a 9x11 pan.
- Mash banana in a large bowl. Add in oats, eggs, honey, milk, salt, and baking soda. Stir until combined
- Pour into a baking dish. Top with Just Berries, chocolate chips, and coconut (and any other toppings that sound good to you!)
- Bake for about 45 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool. Slice and store in the refrigerator.
